Spacious Holiday cottage (120m² + 13m² attic) on 3 levels with independent entrance.
First floor: entrance hall, relaxation area, shower room (shower, WC, washbasin, laundry room).
Equipped terrace. 1st floor: large, bright living room with kitchen opening onto dining/living room, access to 2 balconies (garden furniture), electric blind, separate WC.

Superbe semaine passée à Marlens ou tout fut parfait de bout en bout.
L'accueil ainsi que la disponibilité des propriétaires, le logement: Spacieux, bien équipé (il ne manque absolument rien), bien insonorisé, à la fois reculé mais également à proximité de toutes les commodités offertes par la ville de Faverges...
Les extérieurs, dignes d'un jardin botanique à l'entretien irréprochable (quel travail colossal, cela force le respect).
Le rapport qualité/prix de notre location mériterait aisément la note de 6/5.
Pour qui souhaite visiter les régions Savoie / Haute-Savoie le gite "La ferme des Marie" demeure un incontournable.- Cleanliness

Très beau chalet, hyper équipé, en qualité et en quantité. On voit que le propriétaire, un peu trop présent peut-être, est quelqu'un de méticuleux et de grande expérience, tout est bien pensé. Accueil parfait !
