94m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse that also includes another gîte on the first floor, as well as the owner's accommodation.
Ideal location for hikers and nature lovers. Quiet surroundings.
Access to the gîte is via an external wooden staircase.

The Sixt ski resort is linked to the Grand Massif ski area by shuttle bus, and it's possible to ski back 200m from the gîte from the Cascades slope (depending on snow conditions).
Convenience store, restaurant and ski rental in village center 1.5km away.
Numerous summer activities: hiking from the gîte and in the Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve, rafting, fishing, climbing, via ferrata...
