53m2 gîte on the raised first floor of a renovated farmhouse that also includes another gîte and the owner's accommodation.
The gîte has been carefully renovated in the authentic, rustic spirit of the valley's traditional dwellings.
Independent entrance via a few outside steps: fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x190cm, Tv), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 extra bed 90cm bunk bed), shower room (shower, wc).
Bed linen included (beds made on arrival). Towels can be rented. Wifi Internet access.
Balcony/terrace with table, chairs, parasol and bench. Ski room. Underfloor heating.
Parking in front of the gîte (snow equipment recommended in winter).
In winter: shuttle bus 50m away (link between Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval ski resort and Samoëns Grand-Massif Express).
Sixt family resort 400m away (ski lift), ski pass and ski lesson desks 500m away.
Depending on snow conditions, you can ski back from the Grand-Massif via the Cascades piste, 200m from the gîte.
