Gite (53m2) on the raised ground floor of an old renovated country farmhouse also including another gite, as well as the owner's accommodation.
The cottage has been carefully renovated in the rustic and authentic spirit of the traditional habitats of the valley.
Independent entrance via a few outside steps: fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 160x190cm bed, TV), bedroom 2 (1 140x190cm bed + 1 extra 90cm bunk bed), bathroom (shower, wc).
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Possibility to rent towels. Wi-Fi Internet.
Balcony/terrace with table, chairs, parasol and bench. Ski room. Floor heating.
Parking in front of the gîte (snow equipment recommended in winter).
In winter: shuttle at 50m (connection between the ski resort of Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval and the Grand-Massif Express of Samoëns).
Sixt family resort at 400m (tow lift), ski pass offices and ski lessons at 500m.
Depending on the snow cover, possible return on skis 200m from the gîte from the Grand-Massif via the cascades trail.
Supermarket, restaurant, ski hire 1.5km away.
Many activities to practice in summer: hikes from the cottage and in the nature reserve of Fer-A-Cheval, rafting, fishing, climbing, via ferrata...
Village of Samoëns 10 minutes by car (8km): Grand-Massif Express, swimming pool, ice rink, leisure centre, shops and restaurants.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc about 1 hour by car.

5/5Gîte idéalement situé, au calme et avec une vue magnifique, sans pour autant être isolé (navette juste à côté, resto et location de ski à 100m, domaine skiable à 15 min en navette ou voiture).

5/5Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette charmante ferme très authentique où il y a tout pour être heureux ! L'accueil et la gentillesse de Philippe, ses délicieuses pizzas, le confort des chambres, l'équipement du gîte, son emplacement parfait et au calme dans cette région magnifique, la proximité de l'arrêt du skibus, la beauté de la vue, tout était parfait pour nous.
