Kitchen opening onto living room (Sofa bed clic clac 130cm, TV, ), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) giving access to shower room, separate toilet.
Terrace, enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Sheets available for hire. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
Les Brasses ski area 9km, Sommand-Praz de Lys 16km. Geneva City 30km away. La Roche-sur-Foron trade fair center 20km away.
The Holiday cottage parking lot and the farm part of the "Ferme des Beulets" estate are covered by a video-protection system. Information is provided to the public via signs posted around the property, and the system has been registered with the CNIL through the Prefecture.

Toscane 2487 On ne change rien !
Notre fille étant toujours en colocation depuis 3 ans à Annemasse, nous sommes revenus pour la 3ème fois dans ce cocon au calme. Sandrine a toujours des infos à nous donner et vice-versa. À l’année prochaine !
