Discover the cosy atmosphere of this beautiful guest house, housed in a typical Aravis farmhouse that has been tastefully restored to create a perfect blend of wood, mountains and contemporary style. Quality appointments.
5 Bed and breakfast rooms on 2 levels: 4 rooms for 2 people (+ extra bed possible in a large room) and 1 room for up to 4 people.
Large living room reserved for guests, with sitting area and large family table to enjoy the copious breakfast and table d'hôtes. The room opens onto a balcony with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. In summer, breakfast is served on the terrace at the back of the house. Kitchenette with microwave, sink, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Table d'hôtes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings, 34€/person, booking with the owner.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private bathroom (shower, separate toilet) and TV.
Internet access. Private parking lot with 5 22 kW/22 A charging stations. Access to the Bed and breakfast rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Chalet (via gently sloping stairs from the parking lot to the rear of the Chalet),
Closed ski locker in each room.
La Clusaz 3.5km (shops, restaurants, services), Saint-Jean-de-Sixt village center 2.5km. Thônes 11km away.
Ski: Aravis ski resorts with La Clusaz 3.5km and Le Grand-Bornand 5km away.
Lake Annecy and Beaches 24km, Annecy 30km. Numerous hikes and walks in the Aravis Valley.
Snow equipment mandatory in winter.

hélène Séjour parfait à la ferme d'en haut
Nous avons apprécié le site de la ferme d'en haut, la propreté générale de l'établissement etl'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.
La rénovation du chalet est très réussie: Chaleur du bois conservée et confort contemporain. Un salon chaleureux nous accueille ainsi qu'une grande table d'hôtes sur laquelle un petit déjeuner copieux et composé de produits locaux nous est proposé.
Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'endroit et la vue très agréable sur les montagnes environnantes.- Cleanliness

Nous sommes ravis que votre séjour vous ait plu. En chambre d'hôtes, le propriétaire doit assurer le ménage en fin de séjour. Il n'est pas tenu de faire un ménage journalier comme à l'hôtel. Cordialement.

Chris Chalet accueillant, reposant à refaire
Anne est une personne adorable, elle connaît les lieux comme « sa poche » et donne des conseils adaptés à chaque personne en fonction des envies et des capacités de chacun.
Je recommande la table d’hôte.
Les lieux sont très propre, le chalet très beau niché dans la montagne. Pour une première me concernant c’est une réussite.

Merci beaucoup à tous les deux pour votre commentaire. J'ai été ravie de faire votre connaissance et de vous faire découvrir des randonnées, lieux et endroits que j'adore dans les Aravis. Je vous attends en hiver quand les montagnes seront couvertes d'un beau manteau blanc pour des randonnées en raquettes. A bientôt.
