In Fillinges, a rural commune at the crossroads of the Giffre and Vallée Verte valleys, discover a Holiday cottage with character set in exceptional natural surroundings at the foot of the Voirons massif. The ideal place to spend a quiet family holiday while admiring the animals in their enclosures and strolling through the large landscaped areas. Easily accessible from all major towns. Use of the Nordic bath and sauna is subject to an additional charge. Maximum capacity: 13 people (with supplement).

On three levels, 200m² Holiday cottage in a detached stone house built in 1861. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac where there are two houses, the owner's plus the gîte. Shared access gate.
Inside, access via the semi-open kitchen to the living room (monastery table, fireplace, sitting room with wall-mounted TV) and a hallway (separate toilet, storage space) giving access to the upper floors.
1st floor: bedrooms 1 to 4 (including bedroom 4 with en-suite shower room and WC) including 1 bed 120x190, 2 beds 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190 cm), laundry room and separate bathroom with WC.
2nd floor: separate shower room with WC, bedrooms 5 (bed 180x200 + convertible rapido) and extra living room (convertible rapido).
Outside, there's a lounge and dining table in front of the Holiday cottage entrance with equipped barbecue, and a second lounge on a wooden terrace above the infinity pool, which also accommodates sun loungers/transats.
Staircase leading to a second solarium area and Wellbeing facilities: Norwegian bath, sauna (optional use to be agreed with the owner, wood-fired).
Walk through the landscaped grounds to discover the plants and animals on site (chickens, goats, sheep, etc.). Access to a hiking trail in the Voirons Forest directly from the garden.
Parking 30m below, with drop-off possible in front of the kitchen entrance. The owner, a landscape gardener, designs and maintains the property to make your stay as comfortable as possible, in harmony with the surrounding nature. Party / birthday possible if advertized in advance, discussed and approved by the owner.
