- Equipped kitchen opening onto living room: dining table, sofa, armchairs, television, wood-burning stove (wood not provided), access to south-facing terrace. Office area.
- 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, bath, washbasin), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm).
- Bathroom: shower, washbasin, washing machine.
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
- Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue, deckchairs. Private parking on site.
Internet access. Bed linen provided. Optional on request: bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning. Electric convector heating and wood-burning stove.
The house is on the D12 main road (between Thônes and Serraval).

Superbe séjour passé dans les Aravis à la Ferme d'Anathalie.
L'emplacement de la location est idéal pour profiter de cette magnifique région, à moins de 5 minutes de Thones et environ 20 minutes d'Annecy.
Le logement est superbe, très spacieux, d'une propreté inégalée, l’équipement est pléthorique et de grande qualité. Malgré une dizaine de 10 jours sous canicule, la température du logement n'a jamais dépassé les 23° (et cela sans climatisation), un véritable bonheur quand la température extérieure frôle les 40°.
Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de son bien mis à disposition.
A bientôt pour un futur séjour aux Clefs.Sébastien.

Thibault Séjour parfait
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison joliment décorée et bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses superbes sont à voir ou à faire aux alentours. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

This is a wonderful house to spend your holiday! The house has a cosy and well decorated interior, lots of space for 6 persons and you has everything you need. Big terrace with sunchairs and a bbq. The host is a lovely lady who wants to help wherever she can. We made some nice walks in the surroundings and the lake of Annecy is about 20 minutes drive. We loved it!
