Holiday cottage 66m2 (+ attic mezzanine), on the 1st floor of a renovated 18th-century Savoyard farmhouse. Quiet, unspoilt setting. The first floor is occupied by the owner. The gîte has been completely renovated in an authentic chalet style, while offering maximum comfort: underfloor heating, wifi, solar panels, quality materials.
Access to the Holiday cottage via an outside staircase (separate entrance): fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 x 160x200cm bed), shower room (Italian shower, WC), large attic mezzanine upstairs, offering 2 additional beds: 2 x 90x190cm beds on box springs on the floor. Maximum ceiling height of the mezzanine: approx. 1.5m (18m2 floor area). For your convenience, bed linen is included (beds made on arrival). End-of-stay cleaning optional. Balcony, small covered terrace at entrance to Holiday cottage with table and chairs. On-site parking. Possibility of storing skis or bikes in the owner's garage. Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval beginners' ski area 2.8km away: linked to the Grand Massif ski area by the Cascade slope (returns only). Grand Massif Express gondola from Samoëns 5km away (access to the entire Grand Massif ski area). Nordic skiing in the Vallons area 2km away. Near the Holiday cottage (900 m): gorges des Tines (hiking), rock-climbing and via ferrata. Sixt center 2km away (mini-market, restaurants).
