44m2 gîte on the first floor of a renovated farmhouse, including the owner's accommodation on the garden level.
The gîte has its own private entrance (2 steps from the parking lot).
Kitchenette opens onto living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm + rapido convertible sofa offering extra sleeping space 140x190cm), bathroom (shower, wc).
Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning included. Towels can be rented.
Small balcony area at the entrance to the gîte with table and 2 chairs, and extensive grounds in front of the house (free access for guests).
Parking available in front of the entrance.
The house is 230 m from the freeway and 45 m from the main road (potential noise pollution when windows are open).
Magland center, shops and Sallanches shopping area 4km away. Sallanches town center 6km away.
Les Ilettes leisure center 4km away: summer swimming, fishing, snack bars...
Skiing 16km away in winter: Les Carroz (Grand-Massif), Combloux or Saint-Gervais.
