In the center of the small hamlet of Salvagny in Six-Fer-A-Cheval: 91m2 gîte on the first floor of an old Savoyard farmhouse that has been completely renovated on the lower level (innocupé floor).
The gîte offers a pleasant view of the surrounding mountains and the waterfalls of the Sixt valley.
In the gîte: entrance hall with storage space, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dining area), lounge (Tv, corner sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room with Italian shower and toilet), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 90x200cm + 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet, laundry room.
Bed linen included (beds made up on arrival). Wifi Internet access. Underfloor heating (heat pump).
Terrace with garden furniture, parasol and electric barbecue. Ski/bike room.
Possibility of parking 2 vehicles in front of the gîte.
Winter skiing: family resort of Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval 400m away (ski lift), lift ticket offices and ski lessons 500m away.
Shuttle 50 m away (Salvagny): link between Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval ski resort and the Grand-Massif Express in Samoëns.
The Sixt ski resort is linked to the Grand Massif ski area by shuttle bus, and it's possible to ski back to the gîte from the Cascades slope, 300m away (depending on snow conditions).
Local shops 1.5km away: mini-market, restaurants, ski rental.
Numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails depart from the gîte (e.g. Cascade du Rouget, Cascade de Sales...).
Rafting and white-water sports 1.5km away (gorge des Tines). Rock climbing and via ferrata.
