At the foot of the prestigious Mont-Blanc range, in the middle of a meadow, 81m2 self-contained gîte on the first floor of an old farmhouse with character (1789). Owner upstairs.
Very quiet location, warm, authentic stone and wood interior.
Separate entrance: fitted kitchen/dining area, living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), separate toilet, shower room.
Shared laundry room with washing machine. Sheets available for hire. Central heating. Private parking space (covered).
Terrace, garden, electric barbecue available. No smoking.
Les Houches ski area 3.8km (free shuttle bus 600m), Chamonix (Brévent, Flégère, Aiguille du Midi) 6km.
Train stop 800m away (free train and bus from Servoz to Vallorcine, with guest card). Hiking trails start on site.

    Merveilleux

    Nous avons été comblés par notre séjour dans ce chalet spacieux, très bien équipé, qui allie avec goût authenticité et confort. Le cadre est verdoyant avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée notamment au coucher du soleil. L’accès au bus et à la gare à pied est très pratique pour circuler de Saint-Gervais à Vallorcine. Nous remercions notre hôte pour son accueil et sa présence discrète mais attentive à notre bien-être, ses conseils bienveillants et le partage de son attachement pour sa belle région.

    Vacances à la montagne

    Une année sans venir à Chamonix me paraitrait inconcevable surtout dans ce merveilleux endroit en pleine nature et loin de la foule et si bien accueilli.

    Sehr empfehlenswert

    Eine sehr ruhige und idyllisch gelegene Unterkunft oberhalb von Les Houches in einem ehemaligen Bauernhof. Am Rande des Dorfes und doch zentral gelegen ist sie für Familien sehr geeignet. Die Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind nicht sehr weit entfernt. Die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin hat uns gut aufgenommen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung bietet guten Komfort in einem authentischen Ambiente.

    Aubergement superbe, plein d’authenticité et chaleur. Bien équipé, située dans un site tres calme dans la nature.
    Plus la proprietarie Martine, a été fantastique, gentille et accueillante et aussi discrète, la ferme dans un seul mot elle est magique, nous avons hâte de y retourner.

    Excellent séjour

    Quinze jours vraiment formidables chez Martine.
    Le gîte est grand (a fortiori pour deux), très bien placé avec la gare en bas. Situé à la campagne au calme et dans un superbe paysage.
    Martine nous a accueillis à merveille. Attentionnée tout en étant discrète. Nous avons suivi et apprécié tous ses conseils de randonnées, ce fut un plus énorme pour nous qui ne connaissions pas la vallée.
    Dommage que la météo ne nous ait pas permis de plus profiter de l'extérieur du gîte. Voilà un argument de plus pour qu'on revienne !
    Merci pour tout Martine et nous l'espérons à une prochaine fois.
