At the foot of the prestigious Mont-Blanc range, in the middle of a meadow, 81m2 self-contained gîte on the first floor of an old farmhouse with character (1789). Owner upstairs.
Very quiet location, warm, authentic stone and wood interior.
Separate entrance: fitted kitchen/dining area, living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), separate toilet, shower room.
Shared laundry room with washing machine. Sheets available for hire. Central heating. Private parking space (covered).
Terrace, garden, electric barbecue available. No smoking.
Les Houches ski area 3.8km (free shuttle bus 600m), Chamonix (Brévent, Flégère, Aiguille du Midi) 6km.
Train stop 800m away (free train and bus from Servoz to Vallorcine, with guest card). Hiking trails start on site.

Comme en 2022, Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le chalet de Martine. Rien n'y manquait. Le calme et la beauté de la montagne étaient présents. Merci Martine pour votre accueil. Jamais 2 sans 3 donc nous reviendrons chez Martine.

Super séjour dans le chalet de Martine, très accueillante et flexible sur les horaires.
Le logement est authentique, très spacieux, très bien situé, au calme, avec une superbe vue.
C’était difficile de partir, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.

Xamur Superbe séjour
Excellent accueil, très agréable dès l’arrivée.
Gîte plein de charme, rustique et cosy, bien équipé et situé dans un environnement très calme.
La place de parking privative couverte est un vrai confort, surtout en hiver.
