Beautiful 160m2 detached house completely renovated in 2022, ideally located in the Countryside, between the lakes of Annecy and Aix les Bains. Spacious, well appointed, warm and bright interior, perfect for vacations with family or friends.
Private, secure 11 x 4 m Piscine with counter-current, heated from May to mid-September (weather permitting).
First floor: bright living room with view and access to terrace with Piscine or solarium. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (with wood-burning stove). Bedroom 1 (160x200 cm bed with TV and private shower room). Separate WC.
Upstairs, living room with TV, library and table soccer, WC. Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x190 cm, private shower room), bedroom 3 (bed 140x200 cm, private shower room) and bedroom 4 (bed 160x200 cm, private bathroom).
Outside: 2 terraces with garden furniture and lounge, landscaped garden, open garage for 2 vehicles + bicycle room. Boules pitch. Owners' house nearby with goats, chickens, sheep and 2 attached dogs).
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. The first floor has been adapted for disabled access. Home-operated shutters.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine malgré le temps très pluvieux !
Le logement est vraiment très confortable, chacun peu avoir son espace tout en profitant des autres. Michelle est une hôte très gentille et attentionnée, merci encore pour les petites attentions et d'avoir rapporté des jouets pour nos filles afin qu'elles puissent s'occuper avec ce temps triste. La région est très belle nous reviendrons sans hésiter avec un peu soleil.- Cleanliness

Un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans ce gîte dont la réhabilitation a été faite avec soin.
L’accès est facile et on respire au milieu de cette clairière en toute indépendance.
Idéalement situé entre Annecy, Aix les bains et à moins de 10’ de l’entrée d’autoroute, le choix des sorties natures, découvertes et urbaines sont aisées.
Quant au gîte, rien ne manque: que ce soient les espaces cosy, la douce chaleur à l’automne grâce au thermostat et au poêle à bois, de bonnes nuits avec une literie de qualité ou la détente d’un bon bain ou de la piscine.

OSHEDGVB Magnifique découverte
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette demeure magnifique au coeur d'un environnement exceptionnel. La maison offre un grand confort, une propreté irréprochable et est entourée d'un jardin à perte de vue. Calme et sérénité ont été les maîtres-mots de cette semaine, à quelques kilomètres à peine de l'agitation de la ville. Mention particulière pour l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, toujours prêts à faciliter notre séjour.

Jim & Emily A Wonderful Family Holiday in a Beautiful Gîte
We had an excellent family holiday in this beautiful gîte. It’s spacious, very well equipped, and perfect for a self-catering stay. All the beds were extremely comfortable, and the gîte had everything we needed to feel at home.
We spent many happy moments enjoying the garden, the pool, and the pétanque pitch—it was ideal for relaxing and spending quality time together.
We also had some fantastic days out exploring Lake Annecy. We’d highly recommend:
Hiring bikes and cycling the lake route (we used Le Conty in Saint-Jorioz),
Hiking in the hills and mountains, with Tour Saint-Jacques being our favourite,
Beach days at Angon and Talloires, and walking the boardwalk to the east of Annecy.
Our only small suggestion would be to add a guest book where visitors can share their favourite activities and adventures—it would be a lovely way to inspire future guests.Thank you for a memorable stay. We hope to return again soon!

FDD DETENTE ABSOLUE
Lieu idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer au calme ! Gîte très bien conçu, aménagé et décoré avec soin, propreté irréprochable : tous nos remerciements à la propriétaire aux petits soins. Nous avons pu nous retrouver en famille pour un séjour extra autour de la piscine avec les acrobaties aériennes des milans tous les jours : fabuleux ! Nous avons tous été sous le charme et reviendront avec plaisir dès que possible.
