This 39m² Holiday cottage with private terrace and garden is located on the first floor of the owners' Chalet.
Separate entrance.
Entrance hall, kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed) with access to terrace and garden. Bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, mountain/night area with 2 single beds 90x190cm with bunk beds. Bathroom / WC, washing-machine dryer.
Central heating. Wifi internet access. Possibility of renting sheets. Storage room + ski/bike room in a mazot next to the Chalet.
Terrace and garden with views of the surrounding mountains. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Courtyard, parking.
On-site: Alpine skiing - Hirmentaz ski resort (ski back to the chalet), Cross-country skiing opposite the chalet. Shuttles in winter (shuttle stop in front of the chalet), toboggan run 200m away. Shops in Lullin and Bellevaux. Numerous nearby Hiking trails (Vallée verte, Chablais, etc.). Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains (spa city) 25km, Evian-Les-Bains 30km. Geneva 42km away. Annecy and its Lake 1h away.
Guests not mentioned in the contract are not permitted.
Recharging electric vehicles on the apartment's exterior and interior sockets is strictly forbidden.
