On the first floor of the owners' house, 47m² gite on one level. Independent entrance. Capacity: 4 to 5 people (no extra charge).
Kitchen opening onto living room (BZ-type sofa bed, 1 fold-away 90cm single bed, TV, dining table).
Bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet. Clearing for storage and skis in winter (access from inside or outside).
Central heating. Wifi internet access. Sheets for hire. Washing machine.
Terrace area with garden furniture, relax area, lovely shared garden with owners. Gas barbecue on request. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Courtyard / parking lot. External 220-volt domestic socket for recharging electric vehicle, extra charge payable on site.
The owner is a mountain guide and ski instructor.
Downhill or cross-country skiing: La Chevrerie - Bellevaux ski resort (Roc d'Enfer ski area) 8km or Hirmentaz ski resort 7km. Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, thermal baths 24km, Evian-les-Bains 30km. Small shops in village center 1km away. Numerous hiking trails nearby (Vallée verte, Chablais mountains, etc.). Geneva 45km. Annecy and its lake 1h away.

Cat et Serge Belle semaine au Gite La Corbasse !
Malgré une méteo capricieuse..nous avons bien profité de notre séjour à Bellevaux et de sa région.. Nous avons été reçu par Rémi et Christine en toute convivialité. Très sympathiques nous avons échangé sur les différents sites à visiter et le village de Bellevaux qui possède son Office de Tourisme et Boulangerie..boucher ..petite superette ..restau...belles balades . Le gite est bien équipé et bien pensé pour passer un bon séjour! Je le recommande sans problème.
