Kitchen opening onto living room. 2 communicating bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90cm) + 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 with interior window). Shower room / WC. Quiet setting. Terrace with garden furniture.
Sheets and towels can be hired from the owner. Shared washing machine. Central heating.
Aravis ski resorts: La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 4km, Thônes 8km. Access to ski slopes (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing) from the Holiday cottage. Annecy and Lake at 30km. Numerous Hiking trails nearby.
Non-smoking Holiday cottage. End-of-stay cleaning optional (cleaning deposit required if not subscribed). No pets allowed. Access to Holiday cottage limited to booked guests.
