Located at the foot of the Mountain d'Entrevernes, in a country house that also includes the owners' accommodation upstairs.
Holiday cottage 60 m² on garden level, with ground-level access via the kitchenette.
Living room with table for 5, TV and sofa.
Bedroom 1 with 2 beds 90x190 cm.
Bedroom 2 with 1 bed 140x190 cm. Access to outside grounds.
Bathroom with shower. Independent access to bedroom 2. Independent WC.
Washing machine in shower room, bed linen and towels available for hire. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Access to private south-facing outdoor terrace with small plot of land including a swimming pool in front of the Holiday cottage shared with the owners (unheated pool, accessible only in summer).
Gated parking area.
Lake and lakeside restaurants 1.5 km away, Doussard Beach 2.3 km. Greenway access around the Lake 1.2 km away. Bout du Lake nature reserve 6 km away. Hiking in the Parc Naturel Régional du Massif des Bauges from the Holiday cottage. Lathuile center 2.6 km.

Nous avons reçu un acceuil chaleureux de la part de Marie Colombe. Un gite fort agréable. Une région magnifique. La semaine fut trop courte... J'ai déjà fait de la pub pour le gite, très bien situé... Que du positif...

Jean-Luc et Pascal Très beau gîte au calme
En dépit d'une météo très capricieuse, nous avons apprécié les quelques jours passés près du lac d'Annecy. Le gîte était conforme à la description initiale, aménagement fonctionnel et décoration charmante. L'accueil de Marie-Colombe et de Pancho très sympathique. Nous avons profité de la piscine très bien entretenue. Beaucoup de randonnées à faire à proximité, ainsi que le tour du lac en vélo vraiment très agréable.

Dich's Toulousain à Annecy
Séjour du 31 août au 7 septembre.
Nous avons apprécié la discrétion de nos hôtes et avons bénéficié du confort du RDC de la maison ouvert sur jardin et piscine. Très belle vue sur les montagnes. Calme assuré, tout en étant proche du lac. Les activités alentours sont multiples. Vélo, randonnées, baignades, parapente, visite Annecy et villages alentours, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

SFLV Agréable séjour à Lathuile
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Marie-Colombe qui est accueillante et sympathique tout en étant discrète.
Le gîte était propre, spacieux, très bien équipé et confortable avec une bonne literie.
Le jardin et la piscine sont très appréciables pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie.
Au calme, vu sur les montagnes et bien situé pour visiter la région du lac d'Annecy.

Fano Gîte de Chaparon
Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour avec une propriétaire très accueillante, avec la piscine pour se relaxer en fin d'après midi l'endroit est calme,un gîte à recommander.
