Located at the foot of the Mountain d'Entrevernes, in a country house that also includes the owners' accommodation upstairs.
Holiday cottage 60 m² on garden level, with ground-level access via the kitchenette.
Living room with table for 5, TV and sofa.
Bedroom 1 with 2 beds 90x190 cm.
Bedroom 2 with 1 bed 140x190 cm. Access to outside grounds.
Bathroom with shower. Independent access to bedroom 2. Independent WC.
Washing machine in shower room, bed linen and towels available for hire. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Access to private south-facing outdoor terrace with small plot of land including a swimming pool in front of the Holiday cottage shared with the owners (unheated pool, accessible only in summer).
Gated parking area.
Lake and lakeside restaurants 1.5 km away, Doussard Beach 2.3 km. Greenway access around the Lake 1.2 km away. Bout du Lake nature reserve 6 km away. Hiking in the Parc Naturel Régional du Massif des Bauges from the Holiday cottage. Lathuile center 2.6 km.

SOFIA GITE AU CALME
Le gite est parfaitement bien équipé, au calme, avec un joli jardin .Non loin du lac, ce qui est un plus pour les balades et l'accès aux sentiers piétons et à la voie cyclable. Les propriétaires sont, à la fois accueillants et discrets. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, même si le beau temps n'était pas vraiment au rdv. La région permet de faire de multiples activités. Nous conseillons fortement ce gite.

Sien Séjour parfait
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’accueil était tellement chaleureux. La gîte était vraiment agréable et nous avons bien aimé les environs aussi. C’était parfait!

Couple adeptes GdF Emplacement idéal
Idéalement situé à proximité du lac, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte qui reste confortable, un petit rafraîchissement sur le mobilier serait une réelle valeur ajoutée pour cette prestation. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine par ces fortes chaleurs au retour de nos randonnées.
