42m² garden-level apartment in the owners' chalet on the heights of Saint Jean de Sixt. Magnificent views of the mountains and village. Quiet location.
Independent access and entrance, reserved for the gîte. On-site parking in front of the gîte. Sleeps up to 4 on request (2 adults + 2 children maximum).

Entrance hall with cupboard. Equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, TV, sofa bed for 2), access to garden.
Bedroom with 1 x 160x200cm bed (only window overlooking entrance hall + glass roof over living room).
Bathroom: 1 vanity-mounted washbasin, walk-in shower, towel rail, washing machine, toilet.
Bed linen provided and bed made up on arrival. Please bring your own towels. End-of-stay cleaning included.
Internet/wifi. Central heating.
South-west-facing garden with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue. Bell mountain and village views.
Parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Electric car recharging possible via domestic socket (extra charge).
Bikes can be left in the owners' garage.
