200 meters from the ski slopes of Cordon (family resort), independent gîte on the garden level of a traditional farmhouse. Warm, typically mountain atmosphere, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

A 45-square-meter holiday cottage located on the ground floor of an old country farmhouse that also includes another holiday cottage and two units owned by owners.
Separate ground-floor entrance via 15 steps.
Open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room (Rapido sofa bed providing a comfortable sleeping area, 160x200 cm, TV), bedroom (2 beds, 80x200 cm, which can be joined to form a 160 cm bed), bathroom (shower with toilet).
Wooden deck with furniture and a barbecue, offering a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc massif and the surrounding grounds. Wifi Internet. Bed linen is provided.
Skiing available on-site in winter (Cordon ski lifts 100m away) or in Combloux, 6km away. Sandrine and Frédéric, who are ski instructors, will also be happy to offer advice.
Summer activities on-site: Tennis, soccer, and basketball. Swimming at the Combloux biotope lake, 6 km away.
The city of Sallanches is 6.5 km away, and Megève is 11 km away.
