Le Sommet' duplex apartment on the top floor of a large Chalet 'La Cascade' with 2 other Holiday cottages. 200m² + 23m² attic on 2 levels: 3rd and 4th floor with elevator. Shared entrance. Reference for 2 other Holiday cottages: 63049 and 63050. Holiday cottages may not be grouped together. Maximum capacity: 15 people.
Equipped kitchen opening onto dining room and living room with wood-burning stove, 127cm TV, access to south-facing balcony/terrace equipped with deckchairs, garden table and chairs, gas barbecue. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
7 bedrooms with private shower/wc:
2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200cm
+ 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90x200cm each, which can be brought together to create 1 double bed
+ 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm and 2 bunk beds 80x190cm.
Duplex (access via steep staircase):
2 bedrooms, each with 2 convertible beds 90x200cm.
On the lower level of the Chalet, large private Wellbeing area (1 per apartment) with 1 Spa and 1 Sauna + private ski room (boot dryer, ski rack).
Wifi Internet access. Bed linen and towels provided. Optional cleaning at end of stay and during your stay.
Communal grounds at the rear of the Chalet. Shared pétanque court, forest tables, plancha, parasol. Private parking on site.
The Chalet is located on the road between the village center and Le Linga. Resort center, shops 1.5km away. Ski (Portes du Soleil ski area): Linga gondola at 600m, Super Chatel 2km, shuttle bus stop in front of chalet on Linga road), numerous winter and summer activities in the resort and valley (Ice rink, hiking, Piscine, cross-country skiing...). Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Evian-les-Bains (spa cities) 40km.
Parties, large evenings, event celebrations (EVG, EVJF, etc.) prohibited. Multi Pass owner: a multitude of free or reduced-price activities during the summer season!
