35m2 garden-level apartment in a luxury chalet that also includes the owners' living quarters (upstairs).
The chalet is located on a quiet, unspoilt hillside in the heights of Sallanches, facing Mont-Blanc.
Independent entrance on one level: kitchen integrated into living room (2-seater sofa, Tv), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate toilet. Wifi Internet access.
For your convenience, bed linen included (bed made on arrival).
Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs. Shared grounds.
Sallanches center and shops 5km away. Skiing in Combloux or Cordon 13km away.
Numerous hiking trails in the area: Mayères refuge/restaurant, Pointe percée, Doran valley.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 13km away. Lacs des Ilettes de Sallanches 8km away: swimming, fishing...
Passy leisure center and Combloux biotope lake 13km away. Megève 30 minutes away by car, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 40 minutes. Annecy and Geneva 1h00 away.

Gogogo37 Uniquement des superlatifs
Comme indiqué dans le titre : uniquement des superlatifs :
- les propriétaires : absolument charmants, absolument discrets tout en étant présents sur place, une famille vraiment très agréable
- le lieu : Sallanches est idéalement placé pour visiter les grands sites (Annecy, le Mont Blanc, etc...)
- le gîte : vraiment très bien, très fonctionnel, très agréable à vivre, de multiples rangements, une décoration de très bon goût
S'il avait été possible de mettre 6 sur 5, nous l'aurions fait sans hésiter.Un énorme merci à Émilie et Aurélien.

It was heaven on earth for us. The cottage was fully equipped. The view of Mont Blanc was phenomenal. An extra cherry on the cake was our house chicken.

Très belle vue sur le Mont Blanc, très beau gîte, propre et bien équipé, tel que décrit dans le descriptif.
