62 m² gîte on two levels, adjoining the owners' house.
On the first floor, access to the main room comprising the kitchen (fully equipped with fixed dining table for 4), opening onto a relaxation area (two armchairs, table). Access to the bedroom (bed 140x190cm, high window with curtain and mosquito net). Through access to a laundry area (washing machine) separated from the bedroom by a curtain, and to the shower room (shower cubicle, WC).
Upstairs, a mezzanine accessible via an interior staircase and comprising a 140x190 cm sofa bed, armchair, TV on desk, small bookcase and piano. TV sockets available for connecting TV in the main room or in the bedroom. Wifi internet access. No baby equipment. Bed linen, towels and household linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning included.
Private outdoor space in the grounds and table in front of the gîte entrance. Gas plancha. Independent access to gîte. Parking and access road shared with owners.
Shops in Chapeiry 2 km and Marcellaz-Albanais 3.5 km. Semnoz resorts (hiking, snowshoeing, skiing) 17 km, close to Revard, La Féclaz, Margeriaz... (33km).
