Detached 172m² (+16m² attic) chalet on 3 levels in a quiet area on the heights of Thônes. Beautifully appointed, sleeps up to 10. For your comfort, everything is included!
Access from 1st floor - outside stairs.
Beautiful living room on the 2nd floor of the Chalet: sofas, armchairs, connected TV, wood-burning stove (wood supplied), dining table, fully-equipped kitchen, access to the balcony and adjoining terrace at the rear of the Chalet. 1 separate toilet.
1st floor of the Chalet: entrance hall, 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room + wc: bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, can create a double bed on request), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm).
Lower part of the Chalet: gaming room with 2-person sofa bed, table soccer, darts. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Ski/bike room (access from outside or from the Holiday cottage).
Several landscaped outdoor areas: balcony, terrace with garden furniture, plancha. Petanque court. Forest table at the top of the property with magnificent Mountain views. Sloping ground around the Chalet.
Parking next to the Chalet. Electric car charging station (no extra charge).
Wifi Internet access. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
All shops, restaurants, supermarket, summer swimming pool in the center of Thônes 5.5km away. Hiking and walking nearby.
Ski in the Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand) 17km away, Manigod (Col de la Croix Fry) 19km. Numerous summer and winter activities in the Aravis valley, including via ferrata, Hiking, Golf, Piscine, paragliding, Fishing...

Ce fut un séjour parfait ! Le confort du gîte et toutes ses commodités sans oublier la salle de jeux ! Un gros atout ! Et en plus une semaine de beau temps ! Que du bonheur !
La literie est parfaite les chambres sont spacieuses et chacune sa salle de bain ! Il n'y a vraiement rien à dire sauf aller y les yeux fermé !

Marion Une parenthèse enchantée
Que dire ? Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille dans ce magnifique chalet rénové, où chaque détail a été pensé avec soin et réalisé avec une grande qualité.
Tout était parfait : l’espace de vie est grandiose, le confort des chambres est excellent, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée et l’atmosphère est particulièrement cosy, notamment grâce à la cheminée.
La salle de jeux a également été très appréciée !La neige est tombée en abondance durant notre séjour, ajoutant une magie toute particulière à la vue imprenable sur la nature environnante.
Nous avons également eu d’excellents échanges avec les propriétaires, d’une grande gentillesse, que nous remercions vivement pour leur disponibilité et leur flexibilité.
