120m2 apartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful chalet-style condominium that also includes 7 other units.
The gîte is located on the 1st floor at the rear of the chalet. It has a south-to-north flow (south-facing terrace, north-facing garden area).
The interior is beautifully decorated in a contemporary mountain style.
Shared entrance from the first floor of the condominium.
Inside: open-plan entrance hall with desk and rapido sofa (comfortable 140x190cm extra bed), large south-facing living room with TV, wood-burning stove, dining area and fitted kitchen.
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, Tv), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200, private shower room), separate shower room, 2 separate wc.
Bed linen included (beds made up on arrival). Wifi Internet access.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs and barbecue. Private north garden with 4-seater jacuzzi.
Large condominium parking lot. Private ski room.
Saint-Gervais town center 1.7km away: shops, restaurants, tourist office...
Ski 1.8km away (Saint-Gervais/Prarion ski area linked to Les Houches), or 2.8km away via the Bettex gondola (Evasion Saint-Gervais, Megève-Mont d'Arbois, Saint-Nicolas de Véroce ski areas).
Tramway du Mont-Blanc 2km away: cogwheel train giving access to the Bellevue plateau (access to numerous all-season hikes).
Saint-Gervais/Le Fayet thermal baths 6km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 25km away (35 minutes by car).

SS821 Beautiful gite, excellent host
I can’t say enough good things about our stay in this gite. From the outset, Christian, our host, was very communicative, accommodating, and welcoming, even offering to help us arrange dinner reservations. The gite, itself, was beautiful (even better than the photos), has everything one could need for a comfortable stay, and is perfectly located about a 5-minute drive away from the Saint Gervais ski lift. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area. Merci, Christian!

Accueil du propriétaire exceptionnel, du jamais vu, mérite plus que 5 ! propriétaire très attentionné, à l'écoute. Nous avait préparé potage et purée !...
Très grand gite décoré avec beaucoup de gout, extrêmement bien équipé ! Calme !

I have just read your review of your stay in my gite in St Gervais, and am a little confused about your feelings regarding the cleanliness, comfort and value for money, although you gave me an overall rating of 4 out of 5.
However, I am committed to redouble my efforts to meet the expectations of my customers.
The prices are adapted to the average practiced in the region, and, in view of the space offered, are generally less expensive than in the center of the village.
The cleaning seemed to me to have been in line with the requirements that I impose on my cleaning lady, but perhaps I failed on this point. The comfort was generally appreciated and congratulated by my previous customers.

Les Nordistes Séjour très agréable
Très bon séjour dans un appartement au calme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Les équipements sont modernes et de grandes qualités.
Tout est conçu pour s’y sentir au mieux.
Le top c’est la détente dans le super jacuzzi avec vu sur les belles montagnes.Et que dire de notre hôte Christian qui nous a accueilli le 1er jour avec une ratatouille maison. Un vrai bonheur après 800km de route et de fatigue.
Christian est très à l’écoute et tout problème est résolu au plus vite. MERCI POUR TOUT.Conclusion, notre séjour de 2 semaines a été très agréable dans cette belle région de Saint Gervais.

Magnifique gîte. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses locataires.
Très gentil et serviable, nous avions même une corbeille de fruits à notre arrivée.
La déco du gîte est magnifique. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin et même plus.
Le paysage et le calme de quoi bien se reposer; ainsi que le jacuzzi pour une parfaite détente.
Le gîte est bien situé car nous sommes proche des départs de randonnées et de plusieurs villes et pays (Italie et Suisse) permettant les visites et les randonnées.
