The gîte is located on the 1st floor at the rear of the chalet. It has a south-to-north flow (south-facing terrace, north-facing garden area).
The interior is beautifully decorated in a contemporary mountain style.
Shared entrance from the first floor of the condominium.
Inside: open-plan entrance hall with desk and rapido sofa (comfortable 140x190cm extra bed), large south-facing living room with TV, wood-burning stove, dining area and fitted kitchen.
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, Tv), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200, private shower room), separate shower room, 2 separate wc.

Ski 1.8km away (Saint-Gervais/Prarion ski area linked to Les Houches), or 2.8km away via the Bettex gondola (Evasion Saint-Gervais, Megève-Mont d'Arbois, Saint-Nicolas de Véroce ski areas).
Tramway du Mont-Blanc 2km away: cogwheel train giving access to the Bellevue plateau (access to numerous all-season hikes).
Saint-Gervais/Le Fayet thermal baths 6km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 25km away (35 minutes by car).

Famillepop A Real Home From Home
We have just returned from having spent a week as guests at Kinouloge. As regular visitors to France making visits during the winter and summer seasons we have stayed in many properties rented through this as well as a number of other websites. This is a wonderful property in a beautiful location. What is unique about this property is it's owner. We have never received such a warm welcome as that when we arrived at Kinouloge. Whilst that may not be what everyone wants it should not put anyone off as our host Christian was very discerning knowing when to offer help and assistance and when to allow his guests to enjoy their stay. We very much appreciated his kindness and generosity. His property is as inviting as the images show it to be. Part of our group are not skiers so having a space that is a "home from home" is essential for all to enjoy the break. Kinouloge is just that, well equipped with all you need and comfortable for being at home all day. We found it to be the perfect property for us. Thank you Christian for letting us enjoy Kinouloge and for taking excellent care of us during our visit. We hope to return someday.

Armelle et François Super Séjour réussi pour toute la famille
Appartement calme, vraiment très agréable et très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est à la fois discret, attentif et très à l'écoute des besoins. Son accueil très chaleureux nous a fait nous sentir agréablement bien dans le gîte dès le premier jour. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions de bienvenue et nous remercions notre hôte pour ce moment bien agréable. La neige et le soleil bien présents pendant ces 2 semaines (nous avons été les plus chanceux des vacances scolaires d'hiver de cette année !) ont participé également à ce joyeux séjour à la montagne et nous avons découvert un magnifique domaine skiable qui nous convient parfaitement. Nous recommandons ce bel endroit sans aucune réserve et reviendrons bien volontiers.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans le gîte de Christian pour découvrirla région, et son accueil a été tout simplement irréprochable : à la fois très discret tout en étant remarquablement attentionné, de très bon conseil et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. On se sent immédiatement pris en charge, avec beaucoup de bienveillance et d'humanité.
Le gîte est à la fois chaleureux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui donne l’impression d’être chez soi… tout en proposant des prestations de grande qualité.
