Ideal setting for discovering the most beautiful villages on the shores of Lake Geneva, Yvoire and Nernier. 2 minutes from the beach, in a quiet residential area, set of 2 independent chalets (77m²) with private gardens. Neatly decorated.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (tv, DVD player, terrace access), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine with relaxation area and desk, bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), separate toilet with washbasin.
Bed linen provided and beds made. Garden, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs. Private carport and parking.
Presqu'île site. Yvoire 5 minutes away, spa town of Thonon 18km, Geneva 25km. At 2km: landing stage for Switzerland. Skiing: Les Habères 30km, Portes du Soleil 50km.

Gite au top
5/5Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce gite qui nous a enchanté ! une belle destination et un logement au top. Propreté irréprochable. Tout le confort. Un petit nid douillet pour un besoin de déconnexion totale. Trop court il faudra revenir. Mais ne le dite pas trop fort !

Great house in a nice and quite place
5/5Very nice and cozy place with a great location. Within a 5-minute walk, there are two bakeries to get fresh French bread in the morning. A large supermarket is located within a 10-minute drive.
The beach is 500 meters away with good access to the water and plenty of green grass. It's an amazing place for a holiday stay and I would recommend it to anyone.- Cleanliness 5/5

4/5Tres bien un excellent séjours le seul bémol est le passage des avions et l'absence de réseau téléphonique dans les gîtes mise à part cela je recommande ces ou cette location nous avons été ravis de cet emplacement
