A 106-square-meter single-story holiday cottage located within a large, beautiful Chalet-style house that also includes another unit on the upper floor.
The house is located 900m from the Princesse gondola and is close to the iconic villages of Megève, Combloux, and Saint-Gervais.
Stunning views of the Megève Valley and its peaks (Jaillet), as well as the Aravis mountain range.

Access to the holiday cottage is from the back of the house (shared entryway). It is laid out as follows:
An open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove) and the dining area (table and chairs).
A fully equipped laundry room accessible from the kitchen (storage, shower, washer, and dryer).
The dining area leads to a mezzanine with a desk and a kids’ play area.
A hallway provides access to the bedrooms and the bathroom:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed (160x200 cm)
- Bedroom 2: 2 80x200cm beds that can be joined together, sink and storage area
- Bedroom 3: 1 140x190cm bed
- Bathroom (walk-in shower)
- Separate toilet

Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Housekeeping is also included. Wifi Internet.

Parking at the back of the house (2 spaces).

Skiing 900m away in winter (La Princesse gondola: access to the Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
All shops 2.5 km away. Combloux town center 2.5 km away (Combloux features a biotope lake facing Mont Blanc for summer swimming).
The center of Megève is a 6-minute drive away (4 km): Palais des Sports, Piscine, Ice rink, Casino…
Saint-Gervais is 6 km away (8 minutes). The Saint-Gervais Thermal baths (Le Fayet) are 10 km away.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 35-minute drive away; Annecy is about 1 hour away.
Numerous marked trails in the area allow for year-round hiking (on foot or with snowshoes).
