Entrance shared with 2 other Holiday cottages: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (bench seat, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190 cm + 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), shower room, wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed 140x190cm. Electric heating + Gas heating.
Courtyard, large shared flat plot with games for Kids, table and chairs (in summer). Table tennis. Petanque court. Garage for 2 cars. Shared washing machine with token system (2 tokens free per stay, €3 per additional token).
On-site winter skiing: Praz-De-Lys/Sommand ski area (55km of pistes, 23 lifts).
On the Praz-de-Lys plateau 9km away (Col de la Ramaz): Cross-country skiing, paragliding, shops (open only in season).
Numerous Hiking trails from the Holiday cottage. Please bring snow equipment in winter.
