63m2 gîte on the 1st floor of an old, fully renovated farmhouse, including 2 other gîtes (ground floor and 2nd floor), and the owners' accommodation with its own independent access.
Entrance shared with the 2 other gîtes: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), shower room, separate toilet. Underfloor heating.
West and east balconies (with furniture), communal ground below with forest table and deckchairs. Bed linen provided (beds made up on arrival). Communal parking 20m from the house (access by steps).
Shared cellar (ski and bike storage). Lake Annecy, beaches, cycle path 12km away, Annecy old town 14km away. Hiking at Parmelan (nearby), or on the Glières site 19km away.
Shops 2.5km away (village center). In winter: Aravis ski area 30km away (35 minutes): La Clusaz / Le Grand Bornand. Geneva airport 40 minutes away.
