130m2 gîte on the 1st and 2nd floors of a renovated farmhouse in the heart of a quiet, unspoilt hamlet in Châtillon-Sur-Cluses.
The gîte is located next to the owners' accommodation, and another independent 2-person gîte.
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a large living room (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove), laundry room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine distribution/reading area with children's games, bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200cm adjoining), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm twinned into a 160cm bed), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200 + 2 beds 80x200cm high, private shower room), separate shower room (shower), separate wc.
Wifi internet access. Bed linen and towels provided (beds made up on arrival). Optional cleaning service during your stay.
Balcony facing the Giffre valley and mountains, garden, south-facing terrace accessible from the living room, with furniture, parasol, deckchairs, plancha.
Parking in front of the gîte. Ski/bike room on first floor.
For skiing: Morillon cable car 8.5km away (approx. 10 minutes by car): Grand-Massif ski area linking the resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz.
Praz-De-Lys Sommand ski resort 15km (20 minutes), Portes du Soleil ski area from Les Gets 20 minutes (12.5km). Agy Nordic ski area 9km away.
All shops in Taninges 2.5km.
Summer: Lac Bleu de Morillon leisure park 8km away (summer swimming, accrobranche, pony trekking, pumptrack, etc.).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 50 minutes away by car, Annecy and Lac Léman 1h00. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 35km away.
Numerous hiking trails in the all-season area, or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve.
