Close to the Grand Massif ski slopes (100m), 64 m2 gîte in a former farmhouse comprising 1 other gîte and the owners' accommodation.
First floor: kitchen / living room (140cm sofa bed).
1st floor: Bedroom 1 (1 x 140cm bed with small shower/shower room), Bedroom 2 (4 x 90cm bunk beds), small shower/shower room, separate toilet. Central heating.
Shared courtyard, bike and ski storage ...... Private, snow-free parking.
Les Carroz resort 100 m away: various activities depending on the season. Skating rink, archery, mountaineering, hang-gliding, aquacime/summer/winter swimming pool, horse-riding, accrobranche. Free ski shuttle 100 m from the gîte.

Notre origine remonte au Carroz depuis 1700 et avant à Samoëns depuis 1500. Ancien professionnel du ski et createur du tourisme équestre en haute Savoie en 1979. Créateur du centre de tourisme équestre au carroz en 1973. En 1986 nous avons créé les premiers Gîtes de France aux Carroz . Bertile vous accueillera dans notre ancienne ferme de 1700 rénovée située au pied des pistes. Dans l'attente de votre visite, nous vous souhaitons bonne route et à bientôt.
