Set in a quiet hamlet, this spacious gîte (105m²) is located on the first floor of the owners' house.
Fully-equipped kitchen, living room (2x80 pull-out sofa bed), bedroom 1 (1 x 140cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed), bathroom, separate WC, office area. Ski/bike room.
Terrace, garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking. Central heating.
Thonon (Thermes, Lac Léman, beaches) 17km away. Skiing in the Portes du Soleil ski area: Saint-Jean-D'Aulps /Roc d'Enfer 18km (linked by shuttle bus to other resorts in the area: Morzine, Les Gets...). Hirmentaz (linked to Habère Poche) 16km away. Numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails nearby.

Gite parfait à tous points de vue. Accueil bienveillant des propriétaires qui habitent au-dessus. Gite très spacieux et très propre. Literie très bonne, on y dort au calme.
Gite situé sur les hauteurs du village de la Vernaz, avec une vue dégagée sur le Lac Léman et la Dent d'Oche. Malgré son emplacement, proche à 15 minutes de tous commerces. Vraiment nous recommandons fortement. Merci de nous avoir accueilli avec nos 2 chats.- Cleanliness
