Privileged location at the foot of the slopes in the resort of Les Gets, close to shops and restaurants, and in the heart of the old village for this 63 m² holiday cottage on the 1st floor of a house comprising another vacation rental.
Fitted kitchen opening onto living room with access to balcony overlooking the mountains and slopes.
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90), shower room, separate WC.
Shared garden (garden furniture, barbecue).
Bike/ski room. Internet access. Private parking.
Electric heating.
Les Gets ski slopes linked to the Portes du Soleil ski area 50m away. Village ski school ESF / Pioux Pioux and Stade ski lift within walking distance.
The Holiday cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Ice rink, hiking and mountain biking on site. Piscine in Les Gets 1km, Thonon Les Bains, Lake Léman thermal baths 35km. Base de loisirs 1.5km (Lake des Ecoles).

Gîte très bien placé dans le village tout en étant au calme.
Au 1er étage avec un balcon tout le long de l’appartement.
Confortable, lumineux et joli aménagement intérieur.
Un autre gîte au deuxième étage, bonne isolation du bruit.L’espace commun mériterait d’être totalement clôturé + portail pour laissé les enfants joués en sécurité.

ch74 Très agréable gîte.
Très agréable semaine dans la station. Dépaysement garanti, même si les Gets ne sont qu'à 1 heure de voiture du domicile. Propriétaires très accueillants. Gîte fonctionnel, très adapté à notre séjour, tout proche du front de neige sans avoir le bruit des établissements nocturnes, ni de la circulation. Parking privatif pour le véhicule. On pose la voiture en arrivant, on la reprend en repartant! toutes les commodités à portée de main (ou de marche); patinoire pour les enfants à 50m, manège avec une offre hebdomadaire innovante et remarquable. Domaine skiable adapté aux débutants et suffisamment vaste pour ne pas tourner en rond.
