In an old traditional farmhouse dating from 1830, 82m² Holiday cottage (+11 m² attic space) on 3 levels, adjoining the owner's home. Mid-mountain area, 8km from La Muraz village center.
Separate entrance.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto sitting area (pellet stove), shower room with toilet, washing machine.
1st floor (access by steep staircase): living room (TV with portable antenna), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160X200cm, baby bed).
2nd floor (access via steep staircase with staggered steps): bedroom 2: large bedroom with 2 sleeping areas (1 bed 140x190cm and 2 beds 90x190cm).
Beam height: 2m on first floor, 1.90m on 1st floor. Optional: rental of sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet access. Main heating by pellet stove in Holiday cottage + electric auxiliary heating.

In summer, 1 parking space in front of the house (not available in winter due to snow); in winter, free parking in the hamlet center 100m away.
