200m2 gîte on 3 levels in a renovated farmhouse that also includes the owner's accommodation.
Each has its own private entrance.
The interior layout and the numerous spaces available in the gîte are perfectly suited to welcoming groups.
First floor: entrance hall/skiroom, fitted kitchen opening onto dining area (fireplace), après-ski room, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, shower), wc.
1st floor: living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, shower room with shower), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room with shower), wc, bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm + 2 beds 90x190cm, shower room with wc).
2nd floor: bedroom 5 on mezzanine (4 beds 80x190cm, shower room), wc.
All included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Garden, terrace with garden furniture, plancha, barbecue. Private parking.
All-season hiking trails from the gîte. 10 min away: Morillon and Grand Massif ski area (250km of pistes). Portes du Soleil ski area 17km away (Les Gets).

Pets not allowed except on conditions agreed with owner. Deposit required for self-catering 1500 €.
