Large room: kitchen opening onto living room (130cm sofa bed), bedroom (2 twin beds 90cm and 2 bunk beds 90cm). Bathroom, separate toilet, storeroom. Central heating. Private terrace and parking. Hamlet road nearby. Sheet rental available.
Ski lifts 400 m away linking Samoëns, Flaine and Les Carroz. Samoëns, Pays d'Art et d'Histoire 4km away. Leisure and swimming center 800 m away. Numerous hikes from the gîte. Sixt Fer à Cheval and its Nature Reserve 10km away. Shuttles 150m away (free with ski pass).
