At the foot of the Parmelan mountain, gîte in a bright, well-appointed house. Beautiful panoramic views of the valley and surrounding forest from the private grounds. Ideal location for hiking, yet only a few kilometers from Annecy, its city center, lake and beaches.

On the garden level, a 115-square-meter holiday cottage integrated into a house that also includes a separate apartment upstairs. The owners’ home is located on the other side of the property.
From the holiday cottage’s main terrace, you enter the living room, which features a sofa and armchairs, a smart TV, a fireplace, and a staircase leading to a mezzanine/play and reading area. Access to Bedroom 1 (140x190 cm bed, kids’ mezzanine with 2 additional 80x200 cm beds that can be joined together) and Bedroom 2 (2 80x200 cm beds that can be joined together, private balcony).
Adjacent to the living room is the open-concept kitchen with an island, which opens onto the dining area and also leads to the holiday cottage’s main terrace. There is a wall-mounted dartboard and a smart speaker. Hallway leading to Bedroom 3 (2 beds, 80x200 cm, that can be joined together; private terrace), the laundry room, and the bathrooms (large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks; separate toilet).
250m² property with a wood-fired plancha grill, children’s play area, sun loungers… A second terrace accessible from the back of the holiday cottage (Bedroom 3).
Wi-Fi Internet. Bed linen is provided and the beds are made on arrival. Bathroom linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility or available as an optional service.
Free parking for 4 cars in front of the holiday cottage; a few steps lead down to the garden level. Storage for bikes, skis, paragliders, etc., is accessible and locked with a padlock. Household electric charging outlet; a daily charging package is available as an option for cars.
The City of Annecy and Lake Annecy are 20 minutes away (15 km); small shops are 5 km away (Villaz).
The Chalet is located on the edge of a forest in a rural area. Nearby, there is a family-run dog breeding facility operated by the owners.
Hiking trails start from the holiday cottage (Parmelan) or on the Glières Plateau, 19 km away. In winter, the Aravis ski resorts are 33 km away (Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz). Geneva and the Airport are 45 minutes away.
