At the foot of the Parmelan mountain, gîte in a bright, well-appointed house. Beautiful panoramic views of the valley and surrounding forest from the private grounds. Ideal location for hiking, yet only a few kilometers from Annecy, its city center, lake and beaches.

On garden level, 115m² gîte set in a house with separate accommodation upstairs. Owners' house located on the other side of the property.
From the gîte's main terrace, you enter the living room with sofa/armchairs, connected TV, fireplace and a staircase leading to a mezzanine/games and reading area. Access to bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, mezzanine for children with 2 additional twin beds 80x200 cm) and bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 80x200cm, private balcony).
Extending from the living room, access to the built-in kitchen with island, open to the dining area and also giving access to the gîte's main terrace. Wall-mounted dartboard and connected loudspeaker. Access to bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 80x200 cm, private terrace), laundry room and bathrooms (large shower room with walk-in shower and double basin, separate WC).
250m² grounds with wood-fired plancha, children's games, sunbathing area... Second terrace accessible from the rear of the gîte (bedroom 3).
Wifi Internet access. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option.
Free parking for 4 cars in front of the gîte, with access down a few steps to the garden level. Storage for bikes, skis, paragliders, etc. accessible and locked. Home electric recharging point, optional day pass for cars.
Town of Annecy, lake 20 minutes/15 km away, small shops 5 km away (Villaz).
The chalet is located on the edge of a forest in a rural area. Nearby, a family dog farm run by the owners.
Hiking from the gîte (Parmelan) or on the Plateau des Glières, 19km away. In winter, Aravis ski resorts 33km away (Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz). Geneva and airport 45 minutes away.
