First floor: large kitchen with stove, dining table for 7/8 people, island with high chairs for 4 people. Living area with TV, sofas / benches. Decorative wood-burning stove. On the half-level (2 steps), table with chairs and relaxation/reading area. Access to terrace via bay window. Additional 20m² space accessible from the living room, with laundry room and complementary shower room (shower, separate WC).
Access to the 1st floor of the house via a staircase, bedroom 1 (1 x 160 cm bed, step access), bedroom 2 (1 x 140 cm bed + additional pull-out bed 2x80 cm). Bathroom with large walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC.
Underfloor heating on first floor and electric heating upstairs. Private terrace with barbecue in front of the gîte on the roadside and grassy area to the rear of the gîte. Sheets and towels available for hire. No baby equipment.
Close to the Salève and Vuache mountains (mountain biking, accessible and family-friendly hiking...). Santa Claus hamlet and Parc des Épouvantails 7 km away.
