In an enchanting setting between Lake Annecy and Lac du Bourget, enjoy a gîte built with taste and simplicity, ideal for enjoying the sunny days with its terrace lined with wood and plants. A real cocoon!

In a house comprising two gîtes and the owners' accommodation, 36 m² (Carrez law) accommodation on two levels comprising, on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher) with dining table and a living room (TV under stairs, sofa bed with chaise longue). Storage space and separate WC. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190) and bedroom 2 (1 bed 90x190) with sloping ceilings. Bathroom with shower and washbasin, WC.
Linen and towels provided. Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. Wifi Internet access.
Wooden staircase between the parking area and the private wooden terrace built on the same level as the kitchen. Ample parking close to the gîte. Dogs and cats accepted on request only.
For safety reasons, not suitable for children aged between 12 months and 3 years.
Small village of Vallières (shops, restaurants...) 1km, Rumilly (all shops and activities) 5km, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy 25km. Numerous hiking trails nearby.
