In a house comprising two gîtes and the owners' accommodation, 36 m² (Carrez law) accommodation on two levels comprising, on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher) with dining table and a living room (TV under stairs, sofa bed with chaise longue). Storage space and separate WC. Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190) and bedroom 2 (1 bed 90x190) with sloping ceilings. Bathroom with shower and washbasin, WC.
Linen and towels provided. Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. Wifi Internet access.
Wooden staircase between the parking area and the private wooden terrace built on the same level as the kitchen. Ample parking close to the gîte. Dogs and cats accepted on request only.
For safety reasons, not suitable for children aged between 12 months and 3 years.
Small village of Vallières (shops, restaurants...) 1km, Rumilly (all shops and activities) 5km, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy 25km. Numerous hiking trails nearby.

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte.
Propriétaire très agréable, avec de petites attentions gourmandes très appréciées.
Le logement est hyper fonctionnel et tres adapté pour un couple avec un enfant. Decoration soignée.

C est la 3e année que nous venons dans ce gite avec notre petit fils. Nous nous y sentons bien. Nous y sommes toujours tres bien accueillis par les propriétaires, avec toujours un cadeau de bienvenue local.

Latifa et Thomas Gites au top !
Nous avons loué ce gîte que nous relouerons à l'avenir avec plaisir. Il est fonctionnel, très bien équipé, propre, chaleureux, cosy, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Les équipements pour les enfants sont un vrai plus.
L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux, avec en prime, des petites attentions gourmandes très sympathiques.
Enfin, le gîte est bien situé, à la fois pas très loin de la ville et dans le calme de la campagne pour se reposer et profiter de la nature.
