In a beautiful house in the heart of the Chablais region, Holiday cottage of 68m² (+8m² attic space) on the 1st floor. The large house also includes the owners' living quarters and a year-round rental.
Entrance shared with the owners, then access to the Holiday cottage via an interior staircase.

- Fully-equipped kitchen partially open to living room: dining table, electric sofa, TV, desk, access to first 'tropézienne' terrace.
- 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 180x200cm separable into 2 single beds 90cm), bedroom 2 (2 single beds that can be twinned to create 1 double bed 180cm, desk, access to a 2nd 'tropézienne' terrace).
- Attic shower room: walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine.
- 1 separate toilet.
Bed linen provided. Optional: bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
