An 89 m² holiday cottage located on the 2nd floor of a house that also includes the owners’ residence.
Access via an exterior and interior staircase (shared staircase).
Entryway opening onto the living area, which includes a built-in kitchen open to the living room (table seating up to 6 people) and a sitting area (sofa, TV). Pantry.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are separated from the living area by the entryway and a sliding door.

Please bring your own baby gear.
The owners operate a farm on the property: no farm animals are present in the summer, and they are present in the winter but do not cause any disturbance.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option.

Lake Annecy, beaches, the old city, and a bike path are 8 km away.
Swimming in the Fier River is 600 m away.
Hiking in the Parmelan (parking 9 km away) and the Bornes Massif, Col de la Forclaz. Le Semnoz (20 km) and the Glières Plateau (25 km) in summer and winter (hiking, Ski).

In winter: Aravis ski areas 30 km away (35 minutes): La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.
