Entrance hall opening onto living room with fitted kitchen opening onto living room (table seating up to 6) and sitting area (sofa, TV). Sleeping area and shower rooms separated from the living room by the hall and a sliding door. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190, dressing room), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190, dressing room), bedroom 3 (1 sofa bed 120x190cm, storage space). Lake bathroom with walk-in shower, large vanity area and plenty of storage space. Separate WC. Washing machine. Insect screens built into windows. Access to outdoor space in the grounds around the house. Large garden area with plancha, parasol, wooden picnic table, deckchairs and Lafuma sunbeds. Baby equipment to bring along. The owners run a farm on the property: no farm animals in summer and no nuisance in winter. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Hiking at Parmelan (parking lot 9km away) and massif des Bornes, Col de la Forclaz. Le Semnoz (20km) and Plateau des Glières (25km) in summer and winter (hiking, skiing).
