Access to garden level and Holiday cottage entrance via two staircases. Large, partly sheltered terrace and fenced private grounds.
Entrance to central hallway with storage space. Access to living room (lounge, TV, dining area, terrace access) and kitchen (dishwasher, dining table, terrace access).
Corridor leading to 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190cm, 2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom (bath, shower cubicle) and separate WC. Washing machine and cleaning products located in the stairwell leading to the garages (not accessible).
Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Wifi Internet (fiber). Ski/bike shelter available in garden mazot. No electric vehicle charging facilities.
Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Linen supplied. Please bring your own towels. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
The house includes an unused first floor and garages (not accessible, owner's storage). Baby bed available on request.
In the center of the village of Sillingy (3 km): all shops and services. Annecy, its Old City and Lake 15km, Lake de la Balme de Sillingy 4km. Château de Clermont 13km. Geneva 43km away. Sales agent and hypermarket 6km away.
