Near Annecy, in the heart of a farm, apartment on the 1st floor of an old farm renovated to bring you all modern comforts. Spacious rooms and private balcony, ideal location for exploring the region. Maximum capacity: 6 adults + 2 Kids.

Apartment on the 1st floor of a large building which also includes another Holiday cottage on the first floor and a second identical, totally independent Holiday cottage on the 1st floor.
Access via a shared airlock with the ground-floor Holiday cottage, including a shared laundry room and an additional shower room (WC, shower).
Interior staircase gives access to the Holiday cottage, comprising: open-plan kitchen/living room, access to balcony with sitting room, two shower rooms and WC. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190, 1 sofa bed), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm and 1 bed 80x200cm).
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Washing machine in shared laundry room with the other 2 Holiday cottages. Bicycle and Ski storage available.
Located on the busy Clermont/Sillingy road. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
The farm includes a nursery and access to nearby footpaths.
