Detached house on two and a half levels (130 m²) located in a hamlet near the village center of Seythenex.

Entrance hall leading to main room with kitchen opening onto living room with bar area and dining table. Cathedral lounge with sofas, wood-burning stove (1st basket supplied, €10 for subsequent baskets).
Laundry area with washing machine, additional fridge/freezer. Separate WC.

On ½ level in the staircase, spacious bedroom 1 (bed 160x200 cm, large private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath).

Upstairs, access corridor to bedroom 2 (bed 160x200 cm), bedroom 3 (bed 160x200 cm) and bedroom 4 (2 Bunk beds 90x190 cm). Also access to a mezzanine (reading area with BZ sofa bed) overlooking the living room. Shared balcony between bedrooms 2 and 3. Separate bathroom with shower and bath, WC.
On the garden level, private terrace with outdoor furniture accessible from the living room and laundry room. Wifi/fiber. Electric vehicle charging available at extra cost (domestic socket).

Parking available directly in front of Holiday cottage. Access staircase to front door.
