Offering panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range, this 75m² gîte is set on the garden level of the owners' chalet.
Separate entrance (level from parking lot)
Kitchen opening onto living room with stove/fireplace, dining table, TV, sofa, armchairs.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (3 beds 90x190cm).
2 bathrooms (bath), 2 wc (1 separate). Closet with washing machine and dryer.
South-facing terrace in front of the gîte with magnificent views, grounds (flat for the first part, then sloping), garden furniture, deckchairs. Porch, swing. Parking in the parking lot next to the gîte and/or in the garage reserved for the gîte.
Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Underfloor central heating.
La Clusaz/Balme ski area 1 km away. Numerous hiking trails nearby. Lac des Confins (fishing) 1 km away. Resort center, shops and activities 2 km away. Discover: Col des Aravis, mountain pastures. Bus stop 50m away, summer and winter.

Gite avec une vue imprenable sur la chaîne des Aravis, sans aucun vis à vis. Très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Accueil toujours aussi sympathique des propriétaires. Nous avons déjà prévu d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Ce gîte possède tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour au top : lumineux et bien pensé, confortable, bien équipé, propreté irréprochable, vue magique sur la chaîne des Aravis, navette à qques pas du gîte...
Les 2 salles de bain, le linge de toilette fourni, les lits déjà prêts, ou encore les jeux pour enfants ont été très appréciés de tous !
Le propriétaire est à la fois disponible, discret et très sympathique :)
Nous savons déjà que nous reviendrons, sans aucune hésitation, au gîte du Plattuy pour notre prochain séjour à La Clusaz !- Cleanliness

VAL DE MARNAIS superbe gite et vue magnifique sur les Aravis
Gite très confortable ou rien ne manque et ou tout à été fait pour que nous passions un excellent séjour.
Gite très lumineux et très bien agencé, propreté impeccable.
Superbe vue sur les Aravis, repas pris sur la terrasse face aux Aravis un vrai bonheur, pas assez souvent pour des conditions météo pas toujours favorables.
Propriétaires très accueillants, discrets.
