24 m² gîte on two levels in a totally independent wooden chalet located in the owners' grounds, close to their home.
Access to the first level via a 6-step stone staircase.
First floor: fitted kitchen with dining area for two, 1 bed 140x200 cm with storage/closet, shower room with WC and walk-in shower.
Upstairs (attic, accessed via a relatively steep and narrow ladder), relaxation area with TV, 2 armchairs and an extra bed (80x190 cm).
Bed linen and towels provided, bed-making and cleaning included. Bike rack available.
Private balcony with table, chairs and parasol.
Land including the owners' house, the Gîte de Moussy and a caravan (tourist rental for 2 people). Close to a small stream.
There is a henhouse nearby, and the owners have a cat.
Moulin de Navilly 1.2 km away. Annecy and its lake 31km, Geneva and Lake Geneva 21km, Chamonix 65km.
